AI Integration & Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Evaluate business needs and implement technical solutions effectively.

• Design and integrate intelligent automation solutions alongside AI applications.

• Incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs) into current enterprise systems.

• Create robust backend systems and integration components.

• Connect existing systems through APIs.

• Streamline business processes utilizing advanced workflow and AI platforms.

• Execute new AI use cases from initial concept to full production.

• Ensure operations are high-performing, stable, and scalable.

• Work closely with business units and teams on AI and digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in backend development.

• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.

• Familiarity with API design and system integration principles.

• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, and Git.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Passion for modern AI technologies and process automation.

• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-focused work ethic.

• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like Claude, OpenAI, GPT, or Gemini is preferred.

• Practical experience with AI agents and agent frameworks is advantageous.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is a plus.

• Experience with Kubernetes or CI/CD practices is preferred.

• Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and high-performance data pipelines is ideal.
