AI Innovation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create applications powered by AI utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Build smart AI agents and enterprise copilots

• Implement machine learning to address operational and business issues

• Design proof-of-concept projects using cutting-edge AI technologies

• Investigate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise knowledge management

• Analyze enterprise datasets to reveal insights and enhance decision-making

• Develop solutions for predictive analytics, optimization, and analytics

• Team up with multidisciplinary groups to deliver groundbreaking AI solutions

• Conduct research and assess new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Architects, and Business Leaders to tackle real-world enterprise challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

• Strong academic performance alongside a demonstrated enthusiasm for learning

• Excellent technical problem-solving skills, with programming experience; familiarity with Python is a plus

• A solid grounding or keen interest in Agentic AI, Applied AI, Data Science, machine learning, analytics, algorithms, or statistics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to delve into AI technologies

• A genuine interest in leveraging AI to generate measurable business value

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models, prompt engineering, machine learning frameworks, SQL and data analytics, APIs, software integration, automation, enterprise platforms, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or modern analytics platforms is beneficial but not mandatory

• Applicants must reside and perform their work in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or Tennessee
