AI Infrastructure Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify opportunities in AI infrastructure.

• Interact with customers to gain insights into AI workloads, performance goals, scalability needs, and operational targets.

• Facilitate technical discovery workshops and engage in architecture discussions.

• Create technical proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Assist with responses to RFI, RFP, and RFQ requests.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.

• Design comprehensive AI infrastructure solutions encompassing GPU compute clusters, AI Factory infrastructure, HPC platforms, storage, networking fabrics, Kubernetes/container platforms, AI software integration, security, monitoring, automation, and expansion planning.

• Develop solution architectures, infrastructure sizing, Bills of Materials, reference architectures, technical specifications, solution documentation, and deployment architectures.

• Coordinate the integration of AI infrastructure with data center power, cooling, space, rack, cabling, liquid cooling, CDU, and expansion requirements.

• Work alongside Delivery and Engineering teams on design reviews, OEM interoperability, deployment readiness, acceptance planning, commissioning, and technical handover.

• Design for serviceability, scalability, high availability, redundancy, monitoring, capacity management, firmware lifecycle, upgrades, observability, and operational support.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for AI infrastructure discussions among internal teams, partners, integrators, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, HPC, AI infrastructure, or solution architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing Presales or Solutions Architecture position.

• Experience in designing GPU-based AI infrastructure and high-density compute environments is highly preferred.

• A Master's degree is an advantage.

• Preferred certifications include NVIDIA Certified Professional or equivalent, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Red Hat OpenShift, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, and ITIL Foundation.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel GPU platforms.

• Proficiency in GPU cluster design, AI Factory architectures, and HPC infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Ethernet, InfiniBand, RoCE, Spine-Leaf architectures, and AI fabric design.

• Understanding of parallel file systems, high-performance NAS, object storage, NVMe-over-Fabrics, and AI data pipelines.

• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, GPU scheduling, cluster management, and infrastructure automation.

• Acquainted with server platforms, rack integration, infrastructure sizing, high-density deployments, liquid-cooled server technologies, infrastructure monitoring, and DCIM integration.

• Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, proposal development, technical bid management, customer engagement, and executive presentations.
