AI Infrastructure Design Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain medium-complexity layouts and infrastructure for data halls.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing designs, and power and space planning tasks.

• Perform assessments of infrastructure and suggest enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment initiatives.

• Resolve design conflicts and assist in troubleshooting efforts.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company and industry standards.

• Aid in tracking project delivery timelines and milestones.

• Support and mentor junior engineers while reviewing their basic design work.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and design standards.

• 2–4 years of applicable experience in data center or telecom infrastructure settings.

• Expertise in AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
