AI Infrastructure DC Design Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain medium-complexity layouts for data halls and infrastructure designs.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing designs, and activities related to power and space planning.

• Assess infrastructure and suggest enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.

• Partner with cross-functional teams for implementation and deployment processes.

• Diagnose design conflicts and assist in resolving issues.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company and industry standards.

• Aid in tracking project delivery timelines and milestones.

• Mentor junior engineers and evaluate basic design work.

• Work autonomously on projects of moderate complexity.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and technical standards.

• Manage multiple assignments concurrently under limited supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards.

• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in data center or telecom infrastructure settings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and documentation related to infrastructure.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
