AI Growth, SEO Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of conversion optimization on the marketing website, encompassing the homepage, product pages, solution pages, industry pages, pricing paths, demo pages, trial entry points, forms, CTAs, and landing pages.

• You will create the landing-page engine for Smartcat’s key campaigns, personas, use cases, verticals, competitors, and product narratives.

• You will assist Smartcat in excelling not only in traditional search but also in answer engines and AI discovery platforms by generating high-quality, SEO/GEO-optimized content to stimulate organic demand.

• You will serve as a Growth Automation Designer, defining and developing AI-powered tools and automations to address critical challenges, enhancing the marketing team's learning, deploying, and scaling processes for website growth.

• You will establish a structured approach for how Smartcat measures and enhances website performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or product-led growth, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven capability to create functional prototypes using AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar).

• Demonstrated design aptitude to deliver aesthetically pleasing user experiences, with the ability to execute these designs independently using AI design tools like Claude Design.

• Experience in applying SEO/GEO strategies that have enhanced brand visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and various answer engines.

• A history of writing and managing high-performing SEO/GEO content. You understand how to align content strategies to achieve measurable organic growth.

• A proven track record of enhancing website or product conversion rates, showing a strong focus on metrics.

• An experimental mindset with experience in designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments.

• Experience working collaboratively in highly cross-functional environments with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.

• A proclivity for shipping, measuring, learning, and enhancing processes.
