AI-Forward Full-Stack Engineer – Agent Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead full-stack AI agents to develop, test, and deploy features for SoLo Score, SoLo Wallet, SoLo Marketplace, Borrow, and Lend.

• Take ownership of the architecture, code quality, and reliability of the outputs produced by the agents, encompassing everything from UI to APIs, services, and data layers.

• Create workflows, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria that enable agents to generate production code, execute tests, review differences, and manage large-scale deployments.

• Ensure the system remains secure, efficient, and maintainable throughout.

• Coordinate agents through the entire development process, from specification to pull request to production.

• Develop and enhance the evaluation harnesses, CI checks, and review processes that ensure agent-generated code is accurate, secure, and auditable.

• Translate vague product requirements into precise tasks that agents can perform, then validate and integrate their outputs.

• Oversee application health, performance, and incidents, stepping in with human judgment when necessary.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational skills in full-stack development covering frontend (React or similar), backend (APIs, services), databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Practical experience directing AI coding agents or LLM-based workflows in a production environment, rather than just experimenting.

• Solid understanding of testing, code review, security, and deployment best practices.

• Good judgment on when to allow agents to operate independently and when to write the code manually.

• Ability to work autonomously with full ownership of tasks.

• Experience in fintech, lending, or payments is preferred.

• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android) is preferred.

• Proven experience in building CI/CD, observability, or evaluation systems for code or agent pipelines is preferred.
