AI Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend intricate business challenges and convert them into scalable AI solutions.

• Create solution architectures and comprehensive AI systems from initial concept to full production.

• Rapidly prototype, validate ideas with end-users, and refine based on real-world feedback.

• Develop production-ready AI applications utilizing contemporary frameworks, cloud platforms, and optimal engineering practices.

• Create intelligent agents, RAG applications, recommendation systems, computer vision pipelines, and machine learning solutions.

• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems that integrate effortlessly with client environments.

• Work collaboratively with researchers, engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Influence technical decisions regarding system design, AI architecture, scalability, and performance.

• Assist in defining both the technical solution and product strategy from the discovery phase through deployment.

• Regularly assess emerging AI models, frameworks, and developer tools to enhance our software design, development, and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in building production-grade software: over 7 years in software engineering with a minimum of 2 years focused on delivering AI solutions, or 4+ years in creating end-to-end AI systems.

• Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development (vibe coding).

• Familiarity with LLMs, Machine Learning, or contemporary AI frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.

• Comfortable engaging with clients and navigating ambiguous challenges.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

• An AI-first development approach, incorporating daily use of Claude or similar AI coding tools.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
