AI-Forward Data Lead – Agent Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Transform transaction and behavioral data from SoLo Score, SoLo Wallet, SoLo Marketplace, Borrow, and Lend into actionable insights for the business.

• Maintain real-time lending risk and fraud detection capabilities.

• Create workflows, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria that enable agents to conduct production analysis, monitor models, maintain pipelines, and detect anomalies at scale.

• Take complete ownership of data quality, governance, and reliability throughout the process.

• Convert vague business inquiries into clear, justifiable answers for leadership.

• Develop and enhance evaluation frameworks that ensure the accuracy and auditability of agent outputs.

• Observe SoLo Score performance, trends in defaults and delinquencies, and fraud indicators, intervening when human judgment is necessary.

• Establish dashboards and business intelligence tools that provide the team with a real-time overview of marketplace health.

• Collaborate with product and risk teams to rapidly implement data-driven decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound expertise in the modern data stack – including SQL, Python, data warehousing, orchestration, and BI tools.

• Practical experience in directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in a production environment, rather than solely experimenting.

• Strong foundation in risk and fraud analytics, preferably within fintech, lending, or payments sectors, with sound judgment on when to automate and when to intervene.

• Ability to operate independently with a high degree of autonomy and full ownership.
