This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
⢠Manage the account context for designated Creative Operations and Systems / Process Design clients, encompassing stakeholders, priorities, history, open inquiries, risks, decisions, and follow-ups.
⢠Facilitate the client operating rhythm to ensure that meetings, updates, actions, blockers, decisions, and handoffs are transparent and well-defined.
⢠Transform ambiguous client requests into actionable next steps, questions, responsible parties, dependencies, and decision points.
⢠Leverage AI tools and workflows for meeting preparation, account research, stakeholder mapping, summarization, action tracking, client-ready drafting, quality assurance, and reusable account memory.
⢠Ensure clients feel valued through effective communication, diligent follow-ups, pertinent questions, and dependable account management.
⢠Produce clear client-ready summaries that simplify complex work without overcommitting or obscuring uncertainty.
⢠Keep stakeholder maps, account notes, decision logs, follow-up trackers, and reusable context up to date.
⢠Collaborate with Account Management, Creative Operations, AI Operations, and technical teams.
⢠Grasp creative and operational workflows well enough to challenge weak assumptions, pose practical questions, and articulate trade-offs in straightforward language.
⢠Determine if client requests indicate issues related to workflow, visibility, approval, stakeholders, or operating rhythms.
⢠Assist internal teams in avoiding pitfalls such as overbuilding, underscoping, or making commitments before client needs are fully understood.
⢠Enhance the methods by which account knowledge is captured, summarized, shared, and reused.
⢠Cultivate new opportunities and growth within existing client agreements.
⢠Proven experience in managing client relationships, stakeholder communication, account delivery, or complex operational discussions.
⢠Proficient in written and spoken English.
⢠High level of agency with the capability to escalate issues promptly when necessary.
⢠Structured thinking skills, including the ability to decompose ambiguous tasks into users, inputs, outputs, owners, statuses, risks, decisions, and definitions of completion.
⢠Genuine interest in becoming an expert in AI-enabled account management.
⢠Prior experience using AI in practical applications, including tools, prompts, workflows, context packs, summaries, quality assurance checks, and repeatable operating patterns.
⢠Strong client presence characterized by warmth, confidence, curiosity, responsiveness, and the ability to make clients feel understood.
⢠Comfort with tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, spreadsheets, Slack, Teams, or similar platforms.
⢠Sufficient systems/process literacy to comprehend what is being developed, its significance, associated risks, and how to communicate this to non-technical stakeholders.
⢠Availability to work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm US Eastern Time.
⢠Capability to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence.
