This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Play a crucial role in connecting customers with Armada’s Product and Engineering teams.
• Require extensive technical credibility, practical infrastructure experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Serve as the main technical liaison between customers and Armada Engineering, ensuring accurate representation of customer requirements, constraints, and feedback.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and working sessions customized to customer environments and constraints.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with engineering, infrastructure, IT, OT, and security stakeholders.
• Support Sales and field teams by translating complex infrastructure topics into clear, outcome-focused narratives.
• Assume full responsibility for technical engagements, demonstrating curiosity, urgency, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
• 5+ years of experience in data center engineering, infrastructure engineering, pre-sales/sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Strong foundational knowledge in compute, networking, and storage, including GPU-based AI systems (e.g., NVIDIA DGX, HGX, MGX).
• Practical experience with data center infrastructure, including MEP systems, cooling architectures, and rack-level design.
• Profound understanding of modular and/or liquid-cooled data center architectures, power density, and thermal management.
• Ability to convert AI workload requirements into scalable, production-ready infrastructure designs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, virtualization, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
• Comfort operating within complex, live customer environments, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to establish credibility across IT and OT stakeholders, particularly in industrial or energy-related contexts.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging both highly technical teams and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
