AI Engineering Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel sales achievements through presales strategies and technical authority

• Facilitate enterprise discovery discussions to uncover genuine business motivations

• Design scalable solutions within the Microsoft cloud framework

• Create high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs) and outline delivery strategies

• Engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders

• Assist sales and leadership with seamless transitions and deal coordination

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Microsoft cloud, data, or application architecture

• 3 to 5 years in pre-sales, advisory, or solution architecture positions

• Proven track record in leading enterprise discovery or design workshops

• Relevant certifications such as LUMA, IDEO, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking, Microsoft Catalyst, or comparable structured problem-solving methodologies

• Previous experience with a Microsoft-focused consulting partner is highly preferred

• Familiarity with Prosci or similar change management practices
