AI Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions.

• Execute Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning methodologies.

• Leverage and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain.

• Employ advanced prompt engineering strategies to address complex challenges with LLMs.

• Construct and oversee agentic frameworks like CrewAI and Google ADK.

• Implement MLOps best practices to optimize AI development workflows.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with traditional ML and AI practices.

• Engage in end-to-end software engineering for scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

• Strong grasp of machine learning principles and conventional AI concepts.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., model deployment, monitoring).

• Solid programming abilities in Python or other relevant languages.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to work within a team-oriented environment.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience with Azure is advantageous.

• Experience with Kubernetes is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Google ADK is a plus.

• Experience with n8n or Orkes is a plus.

• Background in AI Evaluation is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills are required for effective communication within the team.
