AI Engineer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop applications utilizing LLM technology, such as chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents.

• Integrate and manage model APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.

• Design RAG pipelines for effective data processing.

• Oversee memory management, context handling, and embeddings.

• Establish guardrails and perform response validation.

• Enhance latency and manage token expenses.

• Set up monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams and analytics departments to pinpoint and address bottlenecks.

• Drive the creation of intelligent and scalable applications.

• Maintain reliability, security, and performance standards in production settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in LLMs.

• Experience in backend development or familiarity with Python or Node.js.

• Understanding of REST APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Proficiency with Docker.

• Familiarity with cloud services, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with LangChain or comparable frameworks.

• Understanding of vector databases such as Chroma and OpenSearch.

• Awareness of AI security concerns, including prompt injection and context management.

• Knowledge of logging, tracing, and observability practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.

• A mindset focused on scalability.

• Ability to think systemically.

• Effective communication skills with technical and analytics teams.

• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks.
