AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of scalable algorithms designed for processing extensive datasets.

• Implement and assess machine learning and deep learning algorithms focused on Natural Language Processing/Understanding.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of ML models and pipelines aimed at real-time processing of unstructured data.

• Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate the effects of modifications to algorithms.

• Learn and develop under mentorship, gaining exposure to industry-standard NLP tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 3 years of professional experience OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 1 year of professional experience.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.

• Expertise in Machine Learning, particularly with a solid understanding of neural networks and Transformer architecture.

• Familiarity with tokenization, Named Entity Recognition, and sentiment analysis techniques.

• Experience with pretrained language models, including fine-tuning, transfer learning, text classification, and token classification.

• Working knowledge of large language models, encompassing prompting and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Experience or coursework in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Interest in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Passion for exploring generative AI or multimodal systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a curiosity for learning new technologies.
