📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, innovative, and fully functional software that adheres to coding standards and technical designs.

• Design, alter, create, write, and implement software programming applications.

• Provide support for and/or install software applications.

• Engage in software testing through test reviews and analysis, test witnessing, and certification processes.

• Create software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, work processes, and identifying problem areas.

• Adhere to the software development lifecycle.

• Document and present solutions effectively.

• Create flow charts, layouts, and detailed documentation.

• Assess requirements, develop solutions, evaluate feasibility, and propose solutions.

• Grasp business needs and develop tools to address them.

• Prepare and implement solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming guidelines.

• Enhance applications through systems analysis and recommended modifications.

• Define applications and interfaces, allocate responsibilities, and comprehend solution deployment.

• Specify nonfunctional requirements and communicate interaction requirements within the solution context.

• Utilize architectures, programming standards, testing standards, and both traditional and agile development methodologies.

• Gather, analyze, and summarize development information and issues while safeguarding confidential IT assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• At least 5+ years of practical experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar technical domains.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, or deploying AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.

• Strong background in building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.

• Expertise in developing applications using Large Language Models (LLM) and designing Generative AI solutions.

• Experience with creating agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and frameworks for AI orchestration.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent evaluation, guardrails, grounding techniques, and observability of AI applications.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, and architectures for knowledge management.

• Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or other similar open-source AI frameworks.

• Experience integrating both commercial and open-source foundation models.

• Proficient in Python and capable of developing production-grade applications and APIs.

• Familiarity with object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, and secure coding principles.

• Experience in developing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, and contemporary data platforms.

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and data preparation for AI applications.

• Experience in integrating enterprise data sources, both structured and unstructured datasets, along with knowledge repositories.

• Understanding of data lake, warehouse, and lakehouse architectures.

• Significant experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Storage, and data services.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying cloud-native applications.

• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent systems.

• Knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and compliance practices.

• Experience in designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and reusable AI services.

• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable production applications in cloud environments.

• Experience working in Agile software development settings.

• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
