This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for AI capability, adoption, and enablement across the organization in collaboration with leadership, Technology, Security, Legal, and business teams.
• Determine the necessary skills, behaviors, and working methods that employees will require as AI becomes more integrated into their roles.
• Create a roadmap that guides the journey from AI awareness to substantial adoption and measurable results.
• Assemble, coordinate, and lead a cross-functional AI Superteam.
• Establish the operating model, expectations, priorities, and rhythm for the Superteam.
• Develop forums for sharing experiments, successful use cases, challenges, and emerging AI practices.
• Identify high-value opportunities and expand promising AI experiments into standard organizational practices.
• Create mechanisms for cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Design and provide role-specific AI learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Produce playbooks, use-case libraries, prompt frameworks, guides, workshops, and office hours.
• Assist employees in evaluating AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, usefulness, completeness, and the necessity for human review.
• Develop continuously evolving AI learning pathways.
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled working methods.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to pinpoint enhancements in productivity, quality, decision-making, and employee experience.
• Address barriers to adoption, including capability gaps, confidence issues, behavior adjustments, process friction, and unclear expectations.
• Define and monitor metrics related to AI adoption, capability, and impact.
• Collect feedback and continuously refine the AI strategy and programs.
• Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, enablement, change management, transformation, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling programs for organizational learning or capability enhancement.
• Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies, processes, or methodologies.
• Background in working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Experience in building communities of practice, champion networks, or similar grassroots enablement models is highly regarded.
• Solid practical knowledge of generative AI and contemporary AI tools.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI to enhance real-world knowledge work.
• Capability to differentiate between intriguing AI experimentation and genuinely valuable business applications.
• Strong comprehension of responsible AI usage, including human oversight, data considerations, quality, and sound judgment.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving technological environment.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong change management instincts with a preference for experimentation and learning.
• Candidates must pass a criminal records check upon hiring.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen (including dual citizens) or eligible to work in Canada.
