AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy AI-driven tools and agents, encompassing tool and API integrations, agent workflows, backend services, and streamlined user-facing interfaces.

• Oversee system performance, assist in incident investigations, and provide support to internal users with guidance from senior engineers.

• Participate in the integration of AI systems with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

• Operate within defined authentication and permission frameworks.

• Aid in the development of LLM pipelines that involve retrieval, structured data extraction, scoring logic, prompt and tool design, and output validation.

• Utilize AI coding tools and ensure their output meets production quality standards.

• Implement security-first practices, which include least-privilege access, service accounts, and audit logging.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform vague requests into deployable tools.

• Assist internal users in adopting AI tools by addressing inquiries, conducting enablement sessions, and assessing new tools.

• Document runbooks and decision notes for the operation of delivered solutions.

• Contribute throughout the phases of scoping, development, launch, monitoring, user support, documentation, and continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of software development experience; internships, academic, or professional projects are valid.

• Some familiarity with LLM/generative AI functionalities that extend beyond basic prototypes.

• Proficient working skills in Python.

• Understanding of REST APIs.

• Some experience with modern frontend frameworks, like React with TypeScript.

• At least 1 year of experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Experience in LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks.

• Familiarity with workflow/automation platforms such as n8n or Power Automate.

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, structured extraction, prompt design, and recognizing when outputs require human review.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and pose insightful questions.

• Strong communication skills with non-technical colleagues.

• Capability to produce clear and usable documentation.

• Relevant AWS or Azure certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with MCP servers, the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem, or administration of enterprise AI platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to predictive ML or evaluation design for AI systems is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce API and data modeling is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph or Entra ID is advantageous.

• Experience in manufacturing, CPQ/PLM, or B2B vertical SaaS domains is a plus.

• Experience in supporting or training end users on technical tools is a plus.

• Candidates must complete a 30-minute online assessment.

• U.S.-based employees are expected to work during standard hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
