AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with OpCo executives, CTOs, functional leaders, and frontline teams to analyze intricate business challenges and pinpoint valuable AI opportunities.

• Revamp, enhance, eliminate, or substitute outdated internal processes related to customer onboarding, support, go-to-market strategies, finance, and other business operations.

• Design, construct, integrate, and implement AI-driven workflows and autonomous systems from initial discovery to production, ensuring clear ownership and success metrics.

• Develop AI-enhanced operational intelligence and observability that highlights bottlenecks, anomalies, risks, and actionable insights across disparate systems and data sets.

• Identify and execute opportunities to lower operating expenses, boost capacity, enhance profit margins, and improve customer experiences.

• Collaborate with OpCo product and engineering teams to investigate AI-driven customer and product possibilities.

• Create reusable components, integrations, and deployment strategies that expedite future initiatives.

• Weigh business value, usability, technical feasibility, and responsible data management when assessing solutions and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid software engineering principles and a proven history of architecting, building, and deploying production systems independently.

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, forward deployment, technical consulting, or similar positions.

• Capability to engage confidently with CTOs and senior business executives, pose insightful questions, challenge preconceptions, and convert ambiguity into actionable strategies.

• Comprehension of business operations and economics, with the ability to prioritize based on potential impact and assess results beyond mere technical completion.

• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integrations, data flows, orchestration, and practical AI methodologies, including models, agents, and multi-step workflows.

• Proven aptitude for creative problem-solving across various clients, industries, or operational settings.

• Resourcefulness, practicality, and a comfort level with independently owning outcomes in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of the responsible management of business data, permissions, and system access while collaborating with security and governance teams.

• Significant relevant experience; depth in senior engineering and maturity in stakeholder engagement.
