AI Deployment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate programs of agentic AI solutions from the initial requirements phase to production.

• Spearhead AI implementations in collaboration with construction project teams and promote user adoption.

• Conduct business architecture evaluations and provide tailored AI solutions aligned with customer operational frameworks.

• Evaluate the readiness of customer construction data and design AI data pipelines accordingly.

• Organize various data sources into knowledge graphs while establishing practices for data quality and governance.

• Develop straightforward to moderately complex AI solutions utilizing modern tools.

• Facilitate strategic discussions with key decision-makers in the construction sector.

• Travel to client locations for workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews.

• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to transition use cases from conceptualization to adoption and measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with account managers, customer success engineers, and solutions engineers across strategic and enterprise accounts.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer experiences, address product concerns, and fill product gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, another engineering discipline, business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in customer success, AI solutions, solutions engineering, construction or project management, project engineering, or a similar role requiring frequent, direct interaction with the construction industry.

• Practical technical expertise with LLMs, agents, prompting, search/retrieval, knowledge graphs, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Exceptionally strong communication abilities with senior decision-makers in the construction industry.

• Solid program and project management skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple ongoing workstreams and drive cross-functional execution without formal authority.

• Traits of curiosity, creativity, determination, adaptability, and proactive initiative.

• Willingness to learn about technology and the construction sector.

• Availability to travel to customer locations up to 50% for onsite workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews.

• Direct experience within the construction industry, knowledge of the Procore platform, and previous forward-deployed, field-facing, or customer-embedded technical roles are preferred but not mandatory.
