AI Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete execution, governance of delivery, and operational framework for NatWest Boxed’s AI initiatives.

• Oversee the overall programme management and delivery timeline for the Boxed AI programme.

• Ensure alignment of execution strategies with the broader AI vision and organizational objectives.

• Lead the management and delivery of the AI Learning & Development rollout in collaboration with L&D teams.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and capability enhancement across the organization.

• Promote internal AI engagement and knowledge sharing through AI Show & Tells and partnerships with AI Champions.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of internal efficiencies and customer-facing AI use cases, milestones, performance metrics, and benefit analyses.

• Identify and manage inter-programme dependencies while resolving technical and operational barriers.

• Present prioritization trade-offs to leadership.

• Manage the AI Steering Group cadence and coordinate briefing materials for ExCo and C-suite executives.

• Document governance decisions and ensure accountability among action owners.

• Collaborate with delivery squads and domain leaders to quantify efficiency improvements, eliminate redundant efforts, and uphold delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex, large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes from start to finish within a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding ability to build relationships, align goals, and influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge in establishing programme governance frameworks, tracking roadmaps, and quantifying tangible business benefits and ROI.

• Exceptional proficiency in mapping intricate cross-functional dependencies, addressing delivery challenges, and facilitating prioritization discussions with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, lifecycle management, and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Linear.

• Capability to translate multi-stream delivery metrics and complex technical updates into clear narratives and dashboards for ExCo and C-suite leadership.

• Experience in fintech delivery and programme management within a fast-paced, high-growth setting is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of and genuine interest in AI is highly desirable.

• A background in banking, including experience navigating regulatory, risk, and governed environments, is highly desirable.
