This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and sustain datasets, models, and insights that support AI agents and business decision-making.
• Integrate, cleanse, and organize information from Salesforce, event platforms, marketing systems, and operational tools.
• Establish data quality, metadata, and governance standards for Agent Factory information.
• Recognize trends, risks, and commercial or operational opportunities.
• Facilitate secure and reliable data flows between authorized systems and agent solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge bases and retrieval frameworks.
• Assist in the design, testing, and optimization of RAG capabilities.
• Prepare evaluation datasets and test cases for agent outputs.
• Convert business data into reusable agent skills, tools, and intelligence services.
• Monitor patterns of data-related failures and suggest improvements.
• Design dashboards, scorecards, and reports on business performance.
• Define and monitor agent adoption, accuracy, time savings, operational impact, and commercial value.
• Assess the effectiveness and return on investment of AI agents and automation.
• Generate actionable insights for leadership and business teams.
• Establish repeatable methods for tracking and communicating the value of Agent Factory.
• Support customer retention, buyer and supplier engagement, sales effectiveness, event performance, and workflow enhancement.
• Investigate predictive and segmentation methods.
• Transform analytical findings into recommendations, prioritized opportunities, and actionable steps.
• Collaborate with various departments across WWE to comprehend data, reporting, and insight requirements.
• Convert business inquiries into analytical tasks and practical data products.
• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advocate for responsible, evidence-based use of data and AI.
• Document analytical techniques, data definitions, and reusable assets.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours to support events or meet critical deadlines.
• Report to the Head of AI Implementation.
• Professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience in data preparation, cleansing, modeling, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in SQL and visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with CRM, customer, commercial, or operational data; familiarity with Salesforce is particularly relevant.
• Ability to integrate information from various systems and work efficiently with APIs or structured data integrations.
• Strong understanding of KPI design, dashboarding, and the communication of actionable insights.
• Capability to translate complex evidence into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, access control, and responsible use of business information.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and the practical application of emerging technologies.
• Practical experience with RAG architectures, semantic search, vector databases, or AI knowledge-management systems.
• Strong grasp of large language models, machine-learning concepts, and agent evaluation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar agent platforms.
• Proven track record of measuring AI, automation, or digital product performance.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, propensity modeling, segmentation, or recommendation systems.
• Understanding of marketing attribution, customer journey analytics, or revenue analysis.
• Ability to design trusted data products or reusable analytical services.
• Background in supporting AI transformation, digital transformation, or cross-functional change programs.
• Experience in the events and/or travel industry.
