AI, Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy the infrastructure supporting Tern's AI functionalities

• Create evaluation systems to determine if an AI feature is sufficiently robust for release and retention

• Prioritize data quality as a fundamental aspect of the role

• Design and oversee ETL systems

• Collaborate with product teams to generate reporting

• Experience in production AI/ML

• Familiarity with evaluations as engineering

• Ownership of data pipelines and services

• High level of agency

• Bonus points for proficiency in Ruby on Rails, LLM evaluation, and MCP-based tools
