AI Data Collection Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues with VR equipment and gloves

• Travel to the site to collect SD cards for daily data ingestion

• Move equipment to and from the site as needed

• Inspect and monitor the data collection process by team members

• Work overnight shifts with little to no supervision

• Engage with clients via chat and provide updates on data collection status

• Supervise Data Collection Operators conducting AI data collection in controlled residential or laboratory settings

• Manage the operation of AR/VR headsets and motion capture technology

• Oversee scripted daily activities and physical tasks to ensure accurate data collection

• Guarantee compliance with technical guidelines, scenario scripts, and established taxonomies

• Assist with real-time dataset quality assessments and basic equipment upkeep

• Ensure adherence to site security policies, NDAs, and personal device usage regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using computers and AR/VR technology

• Capable of standing, moving, and wearing equipment for up to 8 hours during each shift

• Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Strong aptitude for following detailed instructions and maintaining concentration during repetitive tasks

• Reliable transportation is necessary for travel to various local facility locations

• Comfortable working in diverse and non-traditional environments

• Willingness to work overnight shifts with minimal to no oversight

• Skilled in troubleshooting VR devices and gloves

• Capable of inspecting and monitoring the data collection process

• Proficient in responding to client communications and reporting on data collection status
