AI Creative Marketing Manager – Portugal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the AI-driven creative marketing strategy for both Rove Concepts and Rove Next.

• Discover and implement AI tools and workflows that enhance creative production, increase marketing efficiency, and boost campaign effectiveness.

• Generate and manage AI-created content for digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to craft top-notch creative assets utilizing generative AI.

• Create prompts, establish creative workflows, and set brand standards to ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand identity.

• Partner with internal teams to elevate customer engagement through pioneering AI-powered marketing strategies.

• Track campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to refine creative assets and marketing tactics.

• Stay updated on new AI tools, trends, and best practices, consistently identifying ways to enhance creative workflows.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creative marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related role within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

• Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools for marketing and creative production, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, Canva AI, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content strategy.

• Experience in leading creative projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to assess campaign performance and optimize creative output using data.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software, or motion graphics is considered an advantage.
