📋 Description

• Direct the AI-driven creative marketing strategy for Rove Concepts and Rove Next.

• Identify and implement AI tools and workflows that enhance creative production, marketing efficiency, and campaign outcomes.

• Create and manage AI-generated content for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, websites, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets utilizing generative AI.

• Develop prompts, creative workflows, and brand standards to guarantee that AI-generated content aligns with the brand identity.

• Work with internal teams to boost customer engagement through innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to refine creative assets and marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance creative processes.

• Train and support internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creative marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related role within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

• Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools for marketing and creative production, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, Canva AI, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content strategy.

• Experience in leading creative projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to assess campaign performance and optimize creative output through data.

• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software, or motion graphics is considered beneficial.
