This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the complete generation process for paid social and native creative, from the approved scripts and storyboards to editor-ready footage.
• Develop character-locked stills, AI-generated videos, lip-sync, and synthesized voiceovers.
• Ensure consistency in base characters, wardrobe, props, and continuity across various spots.
• Choose suitable models for hero, volume, native-audio, and image-to-video projects; specify exact model versions.
• Scout, test, onboard, and phase out generative models and tools.
• Navigate platform and category filters; identify and resolve issues with broken renders.
• Coordinate tooling for simultaneous job execution, asset management, and scheduling.
• Deliver well-organized, tagged, editor-ready clips into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Maintain shared insights on format, copy, rendering, and legal notes.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and copywriters to ensure alignment of output with voice, persona, and scripts.
• Optimize renders for direct-response performance, focusing on hooks, pacing, proof, and offers.
• Adhere to compliance requirements for regulated categories and platform policies.
• Oversee generative tooling expenditures and provide monthly cost models as volume increases.
• Create reusable prompt libraries, character references, templates, and workflow documentation.
• A minimum of 4 years in creative production, motion graphics, VFX, or content creation.
• At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in generative AI video and image production for tangible deliverables.
• A solid understanding of direct-response creative elements, including hooks, problems, mechanisms, proofs, offers, and calls to action (CTAs).
• A reel or portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted videos and stills, with a transparent account of individual contributions.
• Current proficiency with multi-subject-consistency image models, AI video, lip-sync, and AI voiceover technologies.
• Ability to maintain consistent characters, wardrobe, props, and continuity across shots and sequences.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to broken renders and character drift.
• Comfort in building light automation/orchestration using tools like n8n, Gumloop, or similar platforms.
• A keen finishing eye to differentiate between real advertisements and technology demonstrations.
• Proven experience in high-speed and high-volume environments focused on performance, direct-response, or high-output content.
• Ability to deliver numerous cuts and variants weekly across various categories.
• Familiarity with working within regulated category claims, platform ad policies, and partner brand guidelines.
• Strong collaborative skills across Creative, Production, Post, and Buying teams.
• Clear written communication skills for briefs, prompt documentation, and learnings.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a start-up-style environment.
• Strong advantages include experience in paid social or direct-response performance, direct-response concepting/copywriting, regulated-category expertise, and proficiency in tools like Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, reusable AI workflows, DAM systems, production project-management software, performance dashboards, and rapid adoption of new technologies.
