AI Creative Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create video, motion graphics, animation, and digital advertising assets with the assistance of AI.

• Explore image-to-video techniques, visual effects, product motion, and innovative AI technologies.

• Develop prototypes and creative proofs of concept.

• Establish repeatable AI workflows utilizing ComfyUI and various generative AI platforms.

• Design lightweight tools and automations to enhance the creative production process.

• Automate the generation, adaptation, resizing, localization, and versioning of assets.

• Test new AI models and technologies, converting valuable experiments into scalable workflows.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, strategists, and other creative teams.

• Identify opportunities for improving the Studio's work creation and delivery processes.

• Present portfolio examples that detail challenges faced, outputs produced, tools utilized, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical coding experience, particularly in JavaScript (ES6+).

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI in creative production.

• Familiarity with AI image and/or video generation techniques.

• Understanding of AI workflows, automation, and the integration of various tools or models.

• Experience with ComfyUI or similar node-based systems is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, or similar tools.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot is beneficial.

• Strong visual judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and a sense of curiosity.

• Ability to independently learn new tools and thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Effective communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
