AI Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Generate high-quality advertising creatives for paid social media campaigns, guided by briefs, marketing objectives, and performance analytics.

• Design visual concepts and produce multimedia content, including videos, images, animations, music, and voiceovers utilizing AI technologies.

• Innovate with AI tools and workflows to develop fresh and captivating advertising creatives.

• Suggest original ideas, visual solutions, and creative concepts that extend beyond the initial brief.

• Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to enhance and refine advertising creatives.

• Modify advertising materials to suit various formats, placements, and campaign specifications, including Meta Ads.

• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring quality and adhering to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in producing visual and video content with AI for advertising or digital marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, ElevenLabs, and Lovart.

• Proficient in CapCut for editing and post-production tasks.

• Collaborative experience with Creative and Product teams in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of paid social advertising creatives and formats, especially on Meta platforms.

• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to transform briefs into engaging visual concepts.

• Capability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.

• Willingness to explore new AI tools, methodologies, and content creation strategies.

• A portfolio showcasing examples of AI creatives, videos, or advertising projects.
