AI Consultant – Emerging Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in delivering artificial intelligence, automation, and cutting-edge technology services for CBIZ Technology clientele.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to pinpoint business opportunities, evaluate AI readiness, devise practical AI solutions, and support implementation efforts.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business goals, governance requirements, operational realities, and organizational preparedness.

• Design, develop, and sustain client-relevant AI demonstration solutions.

• Create functional business applications and proof-of-concept solutions that integrate AI, advanced data analytics, intelligent automation, agentic development, and application development.

• Develop prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components for AI-enabled solutions.

• Merge generative AI, agentic workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, robotic process automation, APIs, and custom applications.

• Assess and implement Microsoft AI technologies, Azure services, Power Platform, automation platforms, and associated frameworks.

• Provide sales and consulting teams with demonstration assets, presentation scripts, solution summaries, technical descriptions, and client-ready examples.

• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.

• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and engage in hands-on experimentation.

• Document technical patterns, limitations, implementation requirements, and suggested use cases.

• Contribute to methodologies, solution playbooks, demo libraries, accelerators, and internal training resources.

• Assist in proposal development, solution positioning, pre-sales activities, and transitioning demonstrations into client delivery methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 3 years of pertinent work experience.

• Attain professional certifications related to the area of expertise.

• Required licenses must be obtained and maintained.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Proficient in applicable technologies.

• Capable of effective verbal and written communication across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as per client and business requirements.

• Experience in supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, or business process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini.

• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, data management, or security concepts.

• Background in professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles.
