AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprises in identifying, designing, and launching AI agents that deliver measurable results.

• Lead the development of AI strategies for customers and formulate AI adoption roadmaps.

• Create specifications and concepts for AI agents.

• Work alongside customers to determine and prioritize AI use cases that are impactful based on business outcomes and technical feasibility.

• Gain an understanding of customer domains and their business processes.

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, complete with success metrics and guidelines.

• Develop solutions for AI agents and redesign workflows to accommodate them.

• Establish integrations for AI agents with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.

• Generate specifications and documentation for agent solutions intended for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, AI engineering, and solution engineering teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Assist in customer presentations and executive discussions focused on AI strategy.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends in agentic AI, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.

• Understanding of modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.

• Comfortable with APIs and integration processes.

• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a related customer-facing position.

• Practical experience in designing or launching AI-driven solutions or AI agents.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.

• Experience in working with enterprise customers and engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills suited for executive environments.

• Strong analytical abilities and systems thinking aptitude.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
