AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprises in identifying, designing, and launching AI agents that deliver measurable results.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for customer AI strategies.

• Develop comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps.

• Create concepts and specifications for AI agents.

• Work collaboratively with AI engineers, product teams, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

• Identify AI use-case opportunities and develop adoption roadmaps in partnership with customers.

• Gain an understanding of customer domains and business processes to prioritize impactful AI use cases.

• Transform business challenges and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals that include success metrics and guardrails.

• Design AI agent solutions and re-engineer workflows accordingly.

• Specify AI agent integrations with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.

• Prepare specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Assist in customer presentations and executive conversations related to AI strategy.

• Remain up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, trends in agentic AI, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.

• Knowledge of modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.

• Familiarity with APIs and integrations.

• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a related customer-facing role.

• Practical experience in designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.

• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.

• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.

• Strong analytical abilities and systems thinking.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
