AI Coding Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess the technical precision, linguistic quality, and practicality of AI-generated responses.

• Review AI-produced customer service replies and technical documentation.

• Evaluate responses for clarity, usefulness, natural language fluency, and overall quality.

• Analyze technical accuracy leveraging coding expertise.

• Read, validate, and troubleshoot JSON, identifying structural and formatting discrepancies.

• Verify outputs for formatting precision and compliance with project standards.

• Deliver clear, well-structured feedback that articulates evaluations.

• Record a natural, spontaneous voice response lasting up to one minute.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more supported language variations: Dutch (Netherlands), Welsh (United Kingdom), French (Canada), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Portuguese (Brazil), or Greek (Greece).

• Strong grasp of JSON, encompassing syntax, structure, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Coding knowledge adequate to evaluate technical content and pinpoint errors.

• Keen judgment in assessing customer service responses.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication abilities.

• Capacity to consistently adhere to comprehensive evaluation guidelines.

• Prior experience in AI evaluation, quality assurance, or technical support is desirable.

• Familiarity with APIs and structured data is a plus.

• Background in customer service, software development, or technical writing is advantageous.
