This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in AI enablement initiatives by collaborating with both business and technical teams to gain insights into existing processes, tools, data flows, and operational needs.
• Create documentation for workflows and evaluate readiness for AI integration.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, engineering, security, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
• Collect and document business, operational, functional, and security requirements associated with AI initiatives and tools.
• Document current workflows and comprehensive processes across various departments.
• Map out systems, data sources, ownership, access permissions, and data flows.
• Identify pain points in processes, dependencies, operational limitations, and inefficiencies.
• Perform gap analysis on existing processes, tools, and workflows.
• Recognize gaps in data readiness, encompassing access, governance, quality, and ownership.
• Assist in prioritizing findings, dependencies, and recommendations for AI enablement.
• Actively seek and welcome constructive feedback.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and conduct thorough reviews of one’s work, emphasizing quality.
• Appreciate the significance of workflows, efficiency, and precision when managing repetitive operational tasks with high accountability.
• Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities to solve problems.
• Utilize available resources and materials to address issues while knowing when to seek guidance from colleagues and superiors.
• Demonstrate effective stakeholder management, ensuring client expectations are established and adjusted when necessary.
• Articulate ideas and recommendations to support the success of the team.
• Follow tasks through to completion and provide assistance as required.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, leadership, and client contacts.
• Work closely with the team leader/manager regarding any issues or concerns related to daily tasks and activities.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Data Analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Skills in gap analysis and root cause analysis.
• Background in business process improvement.
• Ability to create user stories and use cases.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Competence in stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
• Capability to identify business processes that are amenable to AI and automation.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Awareness of AI risks, governance, and ethical considerations.
• Basic understanding of databases and cloud platforms.
