This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate business needs and opportunities for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct research, testing, and evaluation of AI tools and technologies to determine their suitability and effectiveness for specified use cases and business requirements.
• Establish and manage Company AI operations, including driving end-user adoption through coordinating AI solution deployment, user training, and change management initiatives for successful integration and effective utilization of AI tools.
• Define success metrics and monitor AI initiative results to measure ROI and ensure solutions provide tangible business value.
• Work together with cross-functional stakeholders to convert business requirements into AI solution strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and propel the continuous improvement cycle by gathering feedback, assembling resources, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Support governance and risk management processes for AI, incorporating responsible AI practices and compliance measures (e.g., data privacy, bias mitigation) to guarantee ethical and secure solutions.
• Develop adoption strategies and investment direction for relevant systems and solutions.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with business leaders to fulfill ongoing demands.
• Act as a strategic partner to the organization on all matters related to AI technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in developing or supporting enterprise AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience working across enterprise environments to implement AI technologies and applications.
• Proven ability to structure and manage project intake and work related to schema design, data architecture (including graph and relational databases), cloud operations, and associated systems.
• Experience working with a wide array of AI technology stacks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, graph-based systems, and similar tools).
• Strong understanding of current and emerging AI practices, technologies, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven history of leading and managing change within enterprise systems and promoting the adoption of new technologies.
• Experience with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the quality delivery of solutions.
• Exposure to or certification in project management, user experience (UX), or testing methodologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to swiftly apply new skills and technologies in a dynamic environment.
