This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leads, and operations owners to pinpoint ambiguous, high-value challenges and convert them into AI opportunities.

• Establish minimum viable AI solutions, map out processes, identify chances to minimize friction and costs, and expedite decision-making.

• Create scoping documents and ROI estimates featuring clear success criteria.

• Rapidly design and construct AI prototypes utilizing Claude and modern AI development tools.

• Develop comprehensive AI applications that involve LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST APIs, and lightweight front-end interfaces.

• Manage the technical architecture from prompt design through data pipeline and user interface.

• Iterate based on user feedback and transition prototypes towards production-grade quality.

• Collaborate with AI Governance to validate and strengthen enterprise systems.

• Implement responsible AI practices, including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring.

• Document solutions for handoff, scaling, and maintenance purposes.

• Contribute reusable AI accelerators and patterns.

• Engage in client sprint reviews, steering committees, executive updates, demos, and business rhythm meetings.

• Articulate technical concepts to business leaders, highlight risks and dependencies, and cultivate trusted client relationships.

• Acquire expertise in client workflows, data, competitive pressures, and the regulatory landscape.

• Generate hypotheses related to healthcare problems and share insights from engagements internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Practical experience in health insurance operations or health system clinical and operational workflows.

• Proficient in utilizing Claude as a development tool, including Claude API, prompt engineering, tool utilization, and agentic patterns.

• Capability to independently develop and deploy full-stack AI applications.

• Experience with LLM integration, RAG, agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end interfaces.

• Demonstrated ability to transition from business discussions to operational AI prototypes within days.

• Skill in conveying technical solutions, costs, and business impacts to healthcare executives.

• Experience with steering committees, executive briefings, and business rhythm meetings.

• Proficiency in structuring ambiguous business challenges into defined AI opportunities with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria.

• Strong quantitative skills for ROI and impact evaluation.

• Preference for experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, claims data structures, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and FDA digital health guidance.

• Preferred background in forward-deployed, embedded, startup, health insurance technology, health systems, reusable AI platforms, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
