AI Automation Engineer, Customer Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain AI agents utilizing LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to streamline content creation, review, and publishing processes across Harvey Academy and the help center.

• Take ownership of the learning technology stack, including the integration of Skilljar and Sanity CMS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and smooth content publishing.

• Recognize and remove bottlenecks in content operations by implementing automation in areas where it is currently lacking.

• Collaborate with Product, User Operations, and GTM teams to uncover opportunities for enhancing systems and driving AI-led innovation throughout the customer education landscape.

• Leverage technical skills to investigate the implementation of interactive learning elements following the instructional design guidance from team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering, with proven expertise in designing and creating API integrations.

• Proficient in contemporary web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar), preferably in a dynamic or rapidly growing environment.

• Practical experience in developing AI agents and LLM-driven workflows, including prompt engineering and API integrations with platforms like Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.

• Demonstrated history of supporting production systems from start to finish, ideally including LMS platforms, CMS tools, or comparable content delivery infrastructure.

• Strong capacity to work independently, converting business requirements into well-architected technical solutions with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of collaborating closely with non-technical colleagues and articulating technical trade-offs clearly.

• Comfortable operating in documentation-intensive or content operations environments.
