AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and other departments to gain insights into workflows, data processes, and operational challenges.

• Design, prototype, and implement solutions utilizing AI-assisted development tools, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Python, and low-code technologies.

• Automate repetitive tasks, integrate disparate systems, and optimize manual workflows.

• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and user-friendly internal applications that enhance visibility and facilitate decision-making.

• Leverage large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and associated technologies to boost productivity or precision.

• Manage projects from the initial problem identification through deployment, iteration, and measurable business impact.

• Proactively identify and implement enhancements that decrease manual effort, increase operational visibility, improve accuracy, or expedite critical business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, technical operations, or a related field.

• Strong expertise with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in working with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.

• Experience in developing lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.

• Strong analytical skills and a quick understanding of business processes.

• Self-motivated individual capable of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing plans without detailed specifications.

• Comfortable with rapid experimentation and building functional solutions instead of overly complex systems.

• Proven ability to build, resourcefulness, business acumen, and the capability to deliver valuable solutions.
