AI Automation Engineer – AI Implementer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Develop and integrate AI agents and automation solutions throughout the organization.

• Establish outbound and growth systems, including lead scraping, enrichment, and automated engagement — for instance, agents that track Reddit and forums to identify hiring opportunities and engage with potential candidates.

• Create a central "company memory" supported by specialized sub-agents that utilize this information.

• Regularly assess new AI tools and frameworks, conduct experiments, and implement successful strategies.

• Manage automations from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to operational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing AI agents and utilizing automation tools (such as n8n, Zapier, agent frameworks, and LLM APIs).

• Proficient with APIs, prompt engineering, and integrating various tools.

• A quick, self-motivated experimenter who can discern through the noise and deliver results.

• Business development or sales experience would be advantageous.
