AI & Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation workflows.

• Streamline repetitive and manual processes across Vanden’s global operations.

• Create integrations between Microsoft Business Central, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.

• Develop solutions utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Leverage tools and APIs such as Azure AI, OpenAI, and LangChain to create intelligent assistants and document-processing solutions.

• Construct dashboards and data pipelines using Power BI and Python.

• Collaborate with business teams to map out processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Manage automation projects from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and user training.

• Assist colleagues as new systems and automated processes are rolled out.

• Ensure that solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and thoroughly documented.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI and automation, introducing innovative ideas to the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in software development, automation, or AI engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or APIs such as Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar technologies.

• A solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Experience with ERP or business systems would be advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.

• Confidence to work autonomously and take charge of project delivery.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial, but practical experience and demonstrable projects are equally essential.
