AI-Assisted Software Engineer, Web Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create fast, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces utilizing React and Next.js.

• Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and essential business logic with Python and Django.

• Construct clean, modular systems that integrate internal tools, databases, and external platforms seamlessly.

• Utilize AI coding assistants in your daily tasks and develop or incorporate Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to enhance our AI agents' capabilities.

• Advocate for clean code practices, produce thorough automated tests, and engage in code reviews to guarantee system dependability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and the Django framework.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Demonstrated experience in effective API design and third-party integrations.

• A solid dedication to automated testing, clean architecture, and contemporary QA methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

• Outstanding communication abilities and a proven record of effective collaboration across teams.

• Direct experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) or AI agents.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions) and automated deployment processes.

• Experience managing agile workflows using tools like Asana or Jira.

• Background with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
