This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Articulate and uphold the architectural vision, guiding principles, standards, and governance framework for AI-first capabilities.
• Create reference architectures for AI runtimes, model serving, security protocols, identity management, policy enforcement, and secure enterprise data access.
• Define non-functional requirements focusing on reliability, performance, scalability, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Convert business and operational needs from Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Customer Success, and other departments into scalable AI solution architectures and implementation plans.
• Design and deploy secure, compliant intelligent automation and decision-support solutions, including document processing, data extraction, workflow automation, and optimization of business processes.
• Develop enterprise data integration strategies, governance practices, and data quality benchmarks across ERP, CRM, HCM, financial, and operational platforms.
• Create APIs, reusable services, and foundational platform capabilities that facilitate scalable AI adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities, assess feasibility, and outline implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, focusing on pipeline standardization, model observability, monitoring, lifecycle management, and production governance.
• Drive adoption and change management initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment, build trust, and promote effective utilization of AI-enabled solutions.
• Over 8 years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, AI/ML systems design, data architecture, or similar technical fields.
• More than 4 years of experience designing and deploying production-scale AI systems, including large language models, agent orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Profound knowledge of contemporary AI architectures, such as LLM serving, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, and AI workflow design.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems with a focus on observability, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Strong practical expertise in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in enterprise integrations, API design, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to provide architectural leadership from strategy and design through to implementation and operationalization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity and access management, data governance, privacy requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• A background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test.
