AI Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI agent applications along with multi-step workflows aimed at automating business operations.

• Enhance existing Sperton applications and client systems with AI functionalities.

• Assist the current team and contribute to ongoing technological efforts on active projects.

• Integrate large language models (LLMs), external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval methods, and structured data extraction techniques.

• Develop robust and secure systems with comprehensive testing, logging, and monitoring protocols.

• Convert business requirements into actionable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.

• Assess new AI tools and frameworks and deploy effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack or at least backend development.

• Proficient in Python or Node.js/TypeScript.

• Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Practical experience in building LLM-based applications or AI agents, utilizing OpenAI or other service providers.

• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and RAG methodologies.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable databases.

• Proven history of deploying and troubleshooting production applications.

• Experience in recruitment or sales agent development is advantageous but not mandatory.

• WordPress development experience, particularly in incorporating AI features into existing WordPress sites, is a plus, though not required.

• Availability to work starting between 11 AM and 12 PM Pakistan time.
