AI and Technology Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery and evaluation discussions with AI and technology vendors, documenting insights and influencing go/no-go decisions.

• Oversee the integration of approved AI tools from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase, acting as a liaison among leadership, IT, and vendors.

• Design and deliver customized training for recruiters, sales, and marketing teams.

• Develop and implement AI-supported workflows for sourcing, outreach, screening, and reporting.

• Monitor adoption rates, collect feedback, update training materials, and phase out ineffective tools.

• Keep an updated inventory of AI and technology tools, including licenses, renewals, and responsible parties.

• Assist sales leadership with pipeline reporting, CRM maintenance, and contract/proposal documentation.

• Identify sales operations activities that can be automated or enhanced through AI assistance.

• Establish and maintain CRM/ATS data standards, conduct quality checks, and provide coaching to staff on data entry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in technology enablement, solutions implementation, customer success, revenue operations, or sales operations.

• Practical experience in implementing or supporting a CRM or ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).

• A proven history of successfully rolling out AI tools or automation for non-technical teams.

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, physician recruitment, or healthcare technology is a plus.

• Excellent facilitation skills.

• Ability to document workflows and create clear, accessible guides.

• Proficient in working with data: generating reports, identifying quality issues, and providing explanations.
