AI and Agent Orchestration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement applied AI solutions, including AI agents and systems based on large language models (LLMs)

• Create and manage workflow orchestrators

• Deploy, oversee, and scale AI solutions within cloud production settings, particularly on Azure

• Connect systems using REST APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and SQL databases

• Engage in comprehensive solution development and software architecture

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating applied AI solutions (AI agents and LLM-based systems) and workflow orchestrators

• Proven track record in deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI solutions in cloud production settings, with an emphasis on Azure

• Strong background in systems integration (REST APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and SQL databases)

• Proficient in development using Python or Node.js

• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and n8n

• Expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, including intelligent chunking, embeddings, re-ranking, and context windows

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Azure AI Search

• Understanding of OpenAI/Azure OpenAI language models and open-source models via Ollama

• Strong grasp of software architecture principles

• Capability to work on projects from start to finish
