📋 Description

• Transition the ELT Summary Dashboard prototype into a live environment in Power BI, incorporating an AI insight layer that addresses risks, changes, and suggested actions.

• Implement the AI Forecast Simulator using data from CRM and Power BI.

• Launch an AI Coach agent to assist in forecasting decisions.

• Streamline the calibration of stage weights and the tracking of forecast accuracy through automation.

• Advance the Pipeline Hygiene dashboard prototype into a production-ready state.

• Automate notifications for stale or duplicate opportunities, close dates, and Tx renewable CED treatment, along with alerts for owners.

• Enhance Sales 360 and other essential dashboards with AI-driven insights and recommendations.

• Create an agent that identifies, classifies, and addresses Salesforce data-quality issues.

• Automate whitespace analysis and cross-sell insights by account, segment, and product category.

• Develop an agent that prepares custom report data from various sources, including C-Force, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel.

• Mentor and train the Data & Analytics team to build and sustain agents.

• Develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the seller-oriented Agentic Sales Intelligence Flow, integrating Salesforce, marketing, and other sales data.

• Highlight account and buying signals, recommend optimal next actions, and draft tailored outreach communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing AI agents (Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot).

• Proficiency in connecting agents with Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and additional Sales organization tools, including security and permissions considerations.

• Experience in API connector development and integration.

• Familiarity with Power BI/DAX along with sales and pipeline data.

• Capability to coach and enhance team skills, not just build.
