This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to both the client and the Artificial Intelligence Division.

• Offer expert guidance to client leadership regarding emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and industry trends.

• Evaluate and suggest infrastructure, tools, workforce needs, and skill development strategies.

• Convert complex technical concepts into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

• Build agreement among technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.

• Promote collaborative environments that encourage innovation and strategic alignment.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, acquisition professionals, and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with customers to advance mission requirements and the implementation of technical solutions.

• Utilize AI-oriented programming languages and visualization software to generate insights and dynamic reports.

• Leverage knowledge of AI model development, NLP, and ML to shape capability development, direction, and scaling.

• Visualize and interpret AI model outputs and findings through comprehensive reports and presentations.

• Oversee the creation of dynamic dashboards and reports for monitoring AI systems.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate AI-driven decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related domain.

• Expertise in AI-oriented programming languages like Python and R.

• Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Extensive background in AI model development, NLP, and ML techniques.

• Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

• Capability to obtain SCI eligibility.

• Eligibility to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Preferred: 10 years of experience with a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: Experience in AI/ML model and data engineering and database management.

• Preferred: Advanced certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related areas.

• Preferred: Proficiency with data pipeline tools such as NiFi and Databricks.
