AI Adoption Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the organization's AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI use cases to enhance business processes and boost productivity.

• Lead the assessment, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI tools and solutions throughout the organization.

• Foster AI adoption through employee training, change management, and the establishment of AI best practices.

• Create and uphold AI governance to ensure responsible, secure, and ethical use of AI.

• Define and track KPIs, assess business impact, and offer data-driven insights to leadership.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and pinpoint opportunities to foster innovation and competitive edge.

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to uncover opportunities, implement AI tools, establish best practices and governance, and aid in employee adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in driving AI adoption, digital transformation, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and productivity platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions in business settings.

• Experience in training and assisting non-technical users in the adoption of new technologies.

• Strong grasp of business process analysis and workflow optimization.

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.

• Ability to assess AI solutions based on business value and return on investment.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• A keen interest in emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
