This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create thorough change management strategies for the implementation of AI technologies.

• Perform stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans for stakeholders.

• Craft and execute communication campaigns that facilitate AI adoption.

• Design training plans and materials tailored for end-users.

• Establish and nurture networks of change champions.

• Monitor benefits, assess adoption rates, and generate reports.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate business readiness.

• Address resistance and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Assist in the transition to business-as-usual operations post-implementation.

• Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure alignment of change activities with solution rollouts.

• Proven experience in delivering organizational change, preferably within the public sector.

• Strong grasp of change management methodologies.

• Experience in developing communication and engagement strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Background in benefits realization and tracking adoption metrics.

• Experience in developing and leading training programs.

• Familiarity with local government operations and service delivery frameworks.
