This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Collaborate effectively with the InnerPlant team to enhance product visibility.
• Responsible for meeting sales goals within your designated territory.
• Encourage farmer participation in CropVoice by directly engaging with farmers, retailers, and seed dealers to inform and generate enthusiasm.
• Utilize your current network to boost awareness of CropVoice and drive sales.
• Leverage your strong agronomic expertise to articulate the advantages of CropVoice.
• Assist in local field operations, which includes setting up plot networks and conducting scouting activities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline.
• A solid agronomic foundation is essential; familiarity with crop disease management, fungicide applications, and agronomic decision-making, particularly for soybeans and corn.
• Certification as a Crop Advisor (CCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in agricultural sales, ag retail, or a client-facing agronomy position.
• Demonstrated ability or strong motivation to prospect, conduct cold calls, and develop a business portfolio from the ground up, for both channel partners and farmers.
• Capability to work outdoors in summer field conditions for extended durations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• The US base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 plus a short-term incentive plan and benefits.
